Nueva Andalucía sits behind Puerto Banús in a green amphitheatre framed by La Concha mountain. Locals call it Golf Valley — and rightly so, with four full 18-hole courses (Las Brisas, Aloha, Los Naranjos, Magna) packed into a five-square-kilometre bowl. The architecture is more relaxed than the Golden Mile: Andalusian villas around the fairways, modern townhouses on the slopes, and a strong stock of well-priced apartments. It is the area Marbella families and golf buyers gravitate to: walkable to Puerto Banús for marina life, but green, quiet, and €30–40% cheaper per square metre than the Golden Mile for an equivalent build.
