Who to actually sign with

Endesa is the default but rarely the cheapest. Octopus Energy Spain, Repsol Luz y Gas and Holaluz consistently undercut by 15–25%. For internet, Movistar fibre is the most reliable on the coast; DIGI is the cheapest at €25 for 1 Gbps but with weaker support in English.

The pool factor

If you are buying a villa, add €1,400–€2,000/year for pool electricity, chemicals and service. Factor this into your property cost projection before signing.
