Nueva Andalucía sits in a green amphitheatre directly behind Puerto Banús, framed by La Concha mountain. Locals call it Golf Valley because four full 18-hole courses — Las Brisas, Aloha, Los Naranjos and Magna — sit inside a five-square-kilometre bowl. Aloha College, one of the coast's top international schools, anchors family life.
The pricing gap
Equivalent build quality in Nueva Andalucía sells for roughly 30–40% less per square metre than the Golden Mile. A renovated 600 m² villa on a 1,500 m² plot on a Las Brisas fairway runs €5–8M. The same villa frontline beach on the Golden Mile would be €15M+. For buyers who do not need to be on the sand, the gap is increasingly hard to justify.
