Nueva Andalucía is Marbella's golf valley — three championship courses (Las Brisas, Aloha, Los Naranjos), a flat, walkable layout, and a 10-minute walk to Puerto Banús at the bottom of the valley. It is also, increasingly, the Costa del Sol's most active penthouse market. The reason is straightforward: the area's topography produces wide, open lawn-and-mountain views, and the new-build pipeline (Epic Marbella, The View Marbella, Sky Villas at La Quinta, Tiara, Marbella Lake) has prioritised duplex penthouses with private pools and 200–400m² of terrace.
